He receives my highest recommendation. There is no one higher on my list [but others are tied with him]. He scored 100% on every test but one he took from me (4 courses). He’s an insightful analyst. He cares. He’s loyal.
He needs someone to take a big chance on him. He is handicapped with poor eyesight, unable to drive a car. Appearance is a bit non-traditional due to religious beliefs. But he is a super person and will make a terrific colleague.
I’m a bit odd myself and my state hired me if that helps.
100% on 11 of your tests? That is a monumental accomplishment. I think this guy should think about a Ph.D. and an academic career. I assume he has the requisite grades.
